Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer – HVAC Certifications

Factory-Authorized Dealers must perform to rigorous national standards consistently and continually in order to qualify for factory endorsement. Additionally, they participate in extensive factory training on technical aspects of equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.

Factory-Authorized Dealers send their sales representatives to Carrier University. Here, they learn to efficiently identify and recommend solutions that provide excellent comfort and value specific to your needs, while incorporating Carrier products that are energy-efficient, reliable, quiet, and environmentally sound.

Factory-Authorized Dealers adhere to a long list of sound business practices, such as maintaining all required local licenses, having appropriate insurance and liability coverage, and fulfilling warranty obligations in a timely manner.

CARRIER PRESIDENT’S AWARD

We have received this award 2 Years In a Row! 2018 & 2019 recipients!

The President’s Award is an annual award presented to a select group of Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers who achieve high scores on a set of criteria established each year by the Carrier brand.

The award criteria will support and maintain a continual emphasis on sales leadership and on identifying dealers who are model Factory Authorized Dealers. Some criteria could change from year to year to mirror and support key annual brand strategies and goals.

In addition to the awards and recognition, each President’s Award winner may be invited to serve as part of a national sounding board to the Carrier brand leadership team to help further FAD program enhancements and contribute toward improvements to brand initiatives and its dealer support programs. President’s Award winners may also be asked to serve as role models, share “best practices” and otherwise offer peer mentoring to help cultivate excellence among the FAD group as a whole.

The President’s Award uses a weighted matrix that levels the playing field among FAD’s of all sizes. Criteria are published in advance so that each dealer may plan and track his score and progress. Because the awards are based on achieving a minimum number of points against a pre-determined set of standards, FAD’s who achieve that minimum score or above and are compliant with all the FAD requirements are eligible to receive the award.

Energy Star Certified

ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy helping us all save money and protect the environment through energy-efficient products and practices.

The results are already adding up. Americans, with the help of ENERGY STAR, saved enough energy in 2010 alone to avoid greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to those from 33 million cars — all while saving nearly $18 billion on their utility bills.

Energy-efficient choices can save families about a third on their energy bill with similar savings of greenhouse gas emissions, without sacrificing features, style or comfort. ENERGY STAR helps you make the energy-efficient choice.

  • If looking for new household products, look for ones that have earned the ENERGY STAR. They meet strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the EPA and US Department of Energy.
  • If looking for a new home, look for one that has earned the ENERGY STAR.
  • If looking to make larger improvements to your home, EPA offers tools and resources to help you plan and undertake projects to reduce your energy bills and improve home comfort.
