Routine maintenance helps to keep your system running efficiently, can address any issues before serious problems occur, and in some cases, yearly maintenance is required to keep your manufacturer’s warranty active. For roughly the same out of pocket cost of two semi-annual heating and cooling checks, you can purchase a planned service agreement. A Planned Service Agreement includes the following:
- A maintenance on your heating system in the fall, and a maintenance on your cooling system is the Spring.
- A 10% discount on any parts needed during inspections
- NO overtime rates will apply for after hours emergency service calls
- Priority scheduling for service calls
While the PSA costs roughly the same as two maintenance visits, the savings that you could receive, should your system need repair, could be huge. Air Conditioner stop working on a hot Saturday morning? If you have a planned service agreement, not only are you given priority in scheduling, you will NOT be charged any overtime rates and any parts needed will be 10% off.
