Bought a whole new ac/ heat system last summer and they ended up having to custom build one for our home and they did so as no extra charge to us and the whole experience from start to finish was nothing but top notch with these guys. Eric VanAlstine is a fabulous HVAC technician. He came into our house and assessed the situation promptly and thoroughly. He was very pleasant and as knowledgeable about the business as anyone I have ever met. He thankfully was able to restore the air conditioning at our house before the 100 plus temperatures hit the Tri-Cities, essentially saving us from a lot of sleepless nights. Apollo is a great company, with outstanding, personable staff and Mr. VanAlstine is a wonderful asset who will hopefully work there for years to come. If I could go higher than five stars on this review, I certainly would because it is well deserved!
Most recently I had a new water softener installed. In a society where there is very little customer service, Vinh and Steve went out of their way to make sure I was happy. In the past they have put in a new furnace and AC for me. They are always professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend!!
